Surprising staff kindness
The staff was genuinely caring, making my family's unexpected early departure a little easier. Our bungalow was clean and had a lovely terrace for relaxation. the pool area was great.
The hotel is located away from attractions, and the dining options were quite limited. The food was merely average and often repetitious, not meeting expectations for an all-inclusive package.

The room had a cozy design.
During my 7-night stay, I was disheartened by the appalling cleanliness of the apartment. The mirror in the bedroom and bathroom was filthy, with grime clearly visible. there were numerous cobwebs and dust in the corners, which indicated a complete lack of attention to housekeeping standards.

good location but average dining options
The breakfast option provided a nice variety, especially the delicious pastries, which I looked forward to every morning. The outside pool area was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant space to relax after a busy day. I appreciated the housekeeping service every second day, ensuring that my one-bedroom bungalow was well-maintained throughout my stay.
Even though the location was very convenient, the dining options fell short of expectations.

The snack bar's offerings fall short and don't match the expectations set by an all-inclusive stay—many guests reported eating out frequently. The pool has seen better days, with loose tiles leading to discomfort, and the noise from evening entertainment is a nuisance if you're hoping for a peaceful night. It's a bit of a trek to find decent restaurants outside of the hotel, necessitating taxis to reach anything worthwhile. Evenings can be frustrating with limited drink service and long waits at the bar. some rooms lacked adequate cleaning during the stay, which is something I'd expect to be top-notch.

Clean bungalow with a lovely terrace. Pool area great, but evening entertainment felt lacking and limited options for kids. Restaurants nearby are decent.

My stay at Vista Oasis was quite satisfactory. The bungalows offered a clean and comfortable environment, and I found the pool area to be well-maintained and inviting. The staff were accommodating, providing assistance when needed, which enhanced my overall experience. The short taxi ride to local areas also made commuting quite convenient.
Evening entertainment options felt limited.

The beautiful view of the sand dunes from my room was a definite highlight, complemented by an inviting terrace that offered a great space to relax. Although the fans provided some relief from the warm temperatures, air conditioning would have made for a more comfortable stay. While the pool area was well-kept and enjoyable for a refreshing dip, the limited drink sizes at the bar resulted in frequent trips back for refills. The breakfast options, although consistent, lacked variety, but the bagels were notably delicious.
